A: You can still send FREE Text to mobile phones in the following countries: United States, Philippines, Guam, India, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Spain, Indonesia, Saipan and Japan. Q. Can I send a Chikka Text Plus message using the Chikka Messenger client I installed in my PC? A: No. You have to sign in to Chikka from this site to send Chikka Text Plus messages.
