Am I charged every time I send a Txt2Mail messages from my mobile phone?
Yes, you are charged a minimal Value-Added Service fee of 2.50 pesos for every text message sent from your Smart or Globe cell phone.
Am I charged every time I receive Txt2Mail messages on my PC?
No, you are not charged for receiving Txt2Mail messages on your PC; it's absolutely FREE!
How do I access the Help menu?
Simply send the word MAIL to 277 and from the main menu, reply with the letter D and follow the steps.
What happens if the email sent to me exceeds the messaging capacity on my mobile phone?
Only the first 300 characters of your email can be viewed on your mobile phones. However, if the mobile user has specified an email address during registration, he/she will get the email there in full (including email attachments).
Is registration to Txt2Mail necessary for both the mobile and email user to be able to exchange messages?
Yes, registration is needed on both sides (mobile and email) to be able to exchange messages; however, in the case of a non-registrant, he can only view the email on his PC and only reply when he/she is registered.
