Using MMS
PC
1. How do I send MMS?
Simply click the “send picture” button or right-click a buddy name and select “Send MMS” option from the main client skin. Enter recipient name, upload image you wish to send, enter your short message, and click the SEND button.
2. How much am I charged for sending MMS?
All MMS messages sent from the PC is FREE of charge.
3. How much am I charged for receiving MMS?
All MMS received through the PC is FREE of charge.
Mobile
1. How do I send MMS?
Simply create an MMS message on your mobile phone and send to 277 (for Smart) or 2371 (for Globe) plus the <chikka ID of your friend> (Ex. Smart: 27700123456 or 277639181234567 where the chikka ID is 00123456 and 639181234567 respectively. Globe: 237100123456 or 2371639171234567).
2. How much am I charged for sending MMS?
Mobile subscribers are charged P5.00 per MMS sent.
3. How much am I charged for receiving MMS?
When your Chikka PC buddy sends you an MMS message, an SMS message will be sent to you asking you to reply with YES to the message. When you reply with YES, you are charged P2.50.

Yup! You need to download the new installer at www.chikka.com
2. What mobile providers can I send MMS to?
You can only send MMS to Smart and Globe mobile phones. Other mobile providers will follow soon.
3. Is there a specific kind of mobile phone that can receive MMS from Chikka?
All MMS-enabled phones can receive MMS from Chikka Txt Messenger.
4. What will happen if my phone is not MMS-enabled?
You will get a system message that will inform you that someone is sending you an MMS but you will not receive the MMS.
5. Can I send an MMS message to just anyone?
You can only send MMS to your Chikka buddies. If you want to send an MMS message to someone not in your buddy list, simply add that person to your buddy list and send an MMS message to him/her.
6. How many MMS message can I send daily?
You are credited with 20 MMS messages daily for PC to mobile messages to Smart mobile phones. Each SMS or MMS message that you receive from a mobile phone earns you 1 credit back.
You are credited with 30 MMS messages daily for PC to mobile messages to Globe mobile phones. Each SMS or MMS message that you receive from a mobile phone earns you 2 credits back.
