Mobile Subscriptions

Q. What are mobile subscriptions? A: Mobile content subscriptions are available so you can receive ringtones, wallpapers and other mobile content daily, weekly or monthly. This service is available only to Philippine mobile subscribers.

Q. What kinds of mobile content can i subscribe? A: You may subscribe to various SMS and MMS services, logos, ringtones, video ringtones, and audiocalls.

Q. How do I subscribe to a mobile subscription service? A: Subscribing to mHub services is easy! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your Chikka account.
  2. Click on the mHub tab.
  3. Choose the mobile content you want to subscribe to and follow the subscription instructions shown on the page.

 For example, to subscribe to the video ringtone service, send ST to 5999.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from a service? A:  To unsubscribe, please follow the instructions on the confirmation message you received on your mobile phone.  For example, if you wish to unsubscribe to the video ringtone service, send ST OFF to 5999.

Q. How do I pay for my subscriptions?


  • Prepaid Subscribers
    The cost will be charged to your airtime credit. Please make sure that you have sufficient credits when subscribing to mobile services, otherwise, you will not be able to receive the content you requested.

  • Post-paid
    Applicable charges will be reflected on your monthly mobile phone bill.

Q. I subscribed to a mobile service that I can’t open nor use. What should I do? A: It is possible that your mobile phone does not support the mobile content you subscribed to.
